Remote work and learning are completely in line with the times. From our own studio, we provide online training courses through our professional online learning platform. We offer both basic and advanced training courses, complete with simulations and group assignments!
Online training requires a different approach than training at a conference center. First, the program must be tailored to the participants' attention spans. An online training is therefore divided into shorter, interactive modules in which the theory is discussed and simulations are run. Between modules, participants work in smaller groups on assignments, which are then discussed in a plenary session. The modules are sometimes spread over several days, depending on the duration of the training.
This also asks something different of the trainers: being familiar with the technique, ensuring structure, and stimulating interaction. All our trainers are actively involved in the development of our online training offerings, and the team has now gained a lot of experience from our own studio in Zeist.
Finally, online training requires something from the participants. Learning to work with online tools, online interaction, and group collaboration are simply different from being in the same room together. That's why we've chosen a very user-friendly learning platform, and at the start of every training, attention is paid to both the technology and the ‘discipline’ needed for successful training.
