Elianne in the Field

Senior consultant Trainer

Elianne combines the methods of process management and strategic environmental management with the substantive aspects of assignments to get stalled initiatives back on track. She organizes the connection of stakeholders to the task, the commitment of the involved parties to the outcome of the process, and administrative decision-making.

She knows how to stimulate when necessary and happily uses her imagination and creativity to achieve new, sustainable solutions.

Elianne has extensive experience with project and process management, organizational change assignments, and transition assignments.
In particular, she focuses on developing and effectively operating collaborations and networks of governments, market players, experts, and residents in complex societal challenges related to spatial planning and sustainability.

Content-wise, these are projects that appeal to her and for which she speaks the language well.
The tasks are characterized by a complex question involving (diverging) interests, and the solution to the problem is still unknown.

Her knowledge and experience are particularly useful in processes where relationships have become strained and the situation seems stuck. She believes in the willingness of all stakeholders to contribute to solving socially relevant challenges.
With genuine interest in the motivations and interests of the people and organizations at the table, she knows how to steer the conversation toward the possibilities and opportunities that do exist.
